What kind of practice does PPMX look for in a partner?
We look for practitioners with hands-on PPM experience, whether that's Project Online implementation, PMO advisory, or enterprise technology consulting. You don't need to have worked with EPMA before. We evaluate on practice fit and the clients you serve.
What does Implementation Partner training involve?
EPMA will train you on the full PPMX platform — configuration, data migration from Project Online, governance design, and go-live. Training is structured to get you to independent delivery capability. Details confirmed at application stage.
Can I be both a Referral and Implementation Partner?
Yes. If you have some clients where you want to refer and collect a fee, and others where you want to run the implementation yourself, we can accommodate both within the same partnership arrangement.
Is this program relevant outside of the Project Online migration window?
